Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for bookings made through Parshva Tours and Travels. Because most of our packages involve third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, local operators), our ability to offer refunds depends significantly on their individual policies.

1. General Principle

Once a booking is confirmed with an airline, hotel, or tour operator, that supplier's own cancellation and refund terms apply, in addition to our own service terms below. We will always share the specific supplier cancellation terms with you at the time of booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation by You

• Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as soon as possible.
• Any refund due will be net of charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers for cancellation, which vary by booking type, fare class, and how close to the travel date the cancellation is made.
• A service fee may apply to cover the administrative cost of processing cancellations and refund requests, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Visa fees, insurance premiums, and similar third-party charges already paid are typically non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Suppliers

If an airline, hotel, or operator cancels or significantly changes a service (for example, a flight cancellation), we will assist you in claiming any refund or rebooking due under that supplier's own policy, though the timeline and outcome depend on the supplier, not us.

4. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is due, we aim to process it within 15-30 working days of receiving the corresponding refund from the airline, hotel, or supplier concerned. Refunds are made to the original mode of payment wherever possible.

5. No-Shows

If you fail to show up for a flight, hotel check-in, or scheduled tour without prior cancellation, no refund will typically be available, as per standard airline and hotel practice.

6. Date Changes / Amendments

Requests to change travel dates or itinerary details after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur amendment charges from the relevant supplier, in addition to any applicable service fee from us.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond anyone's control, refund eligibility will follow the specific policies announced by the relevant airline, hotel, or government authority at that time. We will keep you informed and assist wherever possible.
