1. About Us

Parshva Tours and Travels is a travel agency based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, offering domestic and international holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, corporate travel management, and related services. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and local operators.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required advance payment and issued a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).
• Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may change due to currency fluctuation, airline fare changes, or third-party pricing changes, until full payment is received and confirmed.
• It is your responsibility to check that names, passport details, and travel dates provided to us are accurate, as errors may result in additional charges from airlines or hotels.

3. Payments

Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, our official Razorpay payment gateway, or in person at our office. We do not accept payments to personal accounts of individual staff members. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documentation required for your journey. We can assist with visa guidance, but final approval rests with the relevant embassy or government authority, and we are not responsible for visa rejections.

5. Changes by Third-Party Suppliers

Flights, hotels, and other services are provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service issues caused directly by these third parties, though we will assist you in resolving such issues wherever possible.

6. Our Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and coordinating your travel. However, we are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or acts of third-party service providers.

7. Conduct During Travel

You are expected to comply with the rules, laws, and customs of the destinations you visit, and the policies of airlines, hotels, and tour operators involved in your trip.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Parshva Tours and Travels logo, is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
